We recently had the opportunity of working with Mai Ly, Sales
Representative for your brokerage firm.  We cannot sing the praises

Mai demonstrated a customer focus that impressed us to the point of
extreme satisfaction.  When Mai first came to our house, it was your
basic 60 year old bungalow with no outstanding features but had
excellent bones.  She was instrumental in turning our home into a
showplace.  Not only was she full of ideas for improving our home she
was instrumental in executing those ideas.  All the while with a smile
on her face and an optimistic attitude.  The changes she recommended
turned our house into a property that was envied by all who came to see
it.  She used a professional photographer for our listing and when the
house went onto MLS we were inundated with requests for showings.  In
fact it was the most requests that the brokerage had seen in one 24 hour
time period.  We had 17 agents through our house  in less than one day. 
We received an offer the first evening of the listing and the offer was
significantly over list price.  Not only was the price excellent the
terms and conditions were exactly what we were looking for.  Mai had
done an outstanding job of communicating with other agents the
requirements that we had verbalized to her.  The result was a very large
SOLD sign on our front lawn!

To say that we are thrilled with the services Mai provided would be an
understatement.  We continue to work with Mai on purchasing our next
home.  She thoroughly does her market research on perspective properties
and provides insights that we may not have considered.  I am confident
that we will be buying our next home in the very near future with Mai's
